1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Igario, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Igario platform. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

2. Use License and Restrictions

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Igario for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the platform or its content.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software contained on Igario.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notations from the materials.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server.
  • Use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access the service.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
  • All activities or actions under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Ensuring that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fair Play Policy

Igario is committed to providing a fair and competitive gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using cheats, hacks, exploits, or glitches to gain unfair advantages.
  • Deploying bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized third-party software.
  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or game outcomes.
  • Colluding with other players to artificially inflate scores or rankings.
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system.
  • Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any earned rewards, and potential legal action. We employ advanced anti-cheat systems and manual review processes to ensure fair play.

5. Rewards and Payments

Rewards are earned based on leaderboard performance and competitive achievements. All rewards are subject to verification and compliance with our fair play policies.

Igario reserves the right to:

  • Withhold or reverse rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Delay payments pending investigation of suspicious activity.
  • Modify reward structures, payout schedules, and eligibility criteria with reasonable notice.
  • Require additional verification for large reward claims.
  • Terminate accounts found in violation of fair play policies without payout.

Payment processing may take up to 30 business days. Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for any transaction fees or taxes associated with their rewards.

6. User Conduct and Content

You agree to use Igario in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

  • Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Promote or facilitate gambling, money laundering, or other illegal activities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Igario and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Igario. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Igario, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or rewards.
  • Loss of data or game progress.
  • Loss of use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
  • Damages resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Igario in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Igario does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Igario and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

Igario reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
